Shawn Bergeman and Katie Warner, also known as The Bergeman Team, are household names in the industry and have been leading Eau Claire Realty over the past several years. They will continue to serve the greater Eau Claire area as the new owners of Eau Claire Realty.
Bill Albright, Trevor Bohland, and Paul Madsen have been developing, constructing, and managing properties for over 20 years through Capital Investment Partners and will continue to do so, now as CapVest, LLC.
This change in ownership will allow both companies the opportunity to specialize and focus on strategies and growth that will benefit their investors, customers, and employees immediately and long-term.
